Our merchandise is created with intention, purpose, and quality in mind — from apparel and athletic wear to drinkware, backpacks, cooling towels, and lifestyle accessories designed to inspire movement, resilience, and growth.

Return & Exchanges Policy

We accept return and exchange requests within 14 days of the delivery date.

To begin a return or exchange request, please contact us through our Contact Us page and include the following:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return or exchange
  • The reason for your request

Please note: Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


 
Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Merchandise must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received
  • Original tags and packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please note: We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet these requirements.


 
Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Worn or used apparel
  • Washed merchandise
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
  • Products returned due to normal wear and tear
  • Any item damaged due to improper return packaging during transit

 
Important Return Packaging Information

To help ensure your return or exchange is processed smoothly, please carefully package your merchandise using the original packaging whenever possible.

Improper packaging may result in damage during transit, which may make the item ineligible for store credit or exchange.

We strongly recommend:

  • Using sufficient protective padding
  • Securely sealing the package properly
  • Avoiding excessive folding or compression of products such as drinkware, bags, or accessories

Our goal is to make this process smooth, fair, and stress-free for everyone involved.


 
Store Credit Policy

At this time, House of Kerij offers store credit only for approved returns. We do not issue refunds back to the original payment method.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved store credit will be issued within approximately 1–3 business days.

Store credit:

  • Will be sent electronically
  • Can be used toward any future purchase or booking
  • Never expires

 
Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items. Approved exchanges will be shipped at no additional cost if the exchange is due to:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • An incorrect order sent by us

For all other exchange requests, customers may be responsible for applicable shipping costs.


 
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

All merchandise is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will cover the return shipping cost and discuss replacement or exchange options directly with you.


 
Shipping Costs

For approved returns or exchanges involving:

  • Damaged merchandise
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect orders

We will provide return shipping support at no additional cost.

For all other approved returns or exchanges, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
